Affiliate Policy
Last updated June 2025. Everything you need to know to partner with ASoc and earn recurring commissions.
Program Overview
The ASoc Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn recurring commissions by referring new paying customers to ASoc. Affiliates receive a unique tracking link and access to marketing materials.
Commission Structure
Approved affiliates earn a 20% recurring commission on the monthly or annual subscription fee of each referred customer for as long as that customer remains active. Commissions are credited 30 days after a successful payment clears.
Payment Schedule
Commissions are paid out monthly, on the 15th of the following month, once the minimum threshold of $50 has been reached. Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal. Unpaid balances below the threshold carry over.
Approved Promotional Methods
You may promote ASoc through your own website, newsletter, social media channels, and content marketing. You must disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and in compliance with FTC guidelines or applicable local law.
Prohibited Activities
You may not bid on ASoc brand keywords in paid search, use misleading claims, spam, or create fake reviews. Cookie stuffing and incentivised clicks are prohibited. Violations result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Attribution & Tracking
Referrals are tracked via a 90-day cookie. If a referred visitor purchases a plan within 90 days of clicking your link, the commission is attributed to you. Last-click attribution applies when multiple affiliates refer the same customer.
Termination
Either party may terminate participation with 30 days' written notice. ASoc may terminate immediately for policy violations. On termination, earned commissions for completed transactions will still be paid on the normal schedule.
Amendments
We may update these terms at any time. Active affiliates will be notified by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
