30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid ASoc plan, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to new subscriptions only.
Renewals
Renewal charges are non-refundable unless there has been a billing error on our part. If you no longer need a plan, cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged.
Domain Names
Domain registration fees are non-refundable because we pay the registry the moment a domain is registered. If you registered a domain by mistake, contact us promptly and we will do our best to help.
Add-On Services
Add-on services (dedicated IPs, SSL certificates, etc.) are non-refundable once provisioned, as they are activated and billed by third-party providers immediately.
How to Request a Refund
Email billing@asoc.example with your account email, invoice number, and a brief reason. We process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Accounts Suspended for Policy Violations
Accounts terminated due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for a refund.
