1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ASoc services you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
ASoc provides web hosting, domain registration, and related infrastructure services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ASoc services to distribute malware, engage in illegal activity, send unsolicited email, or violate the rights of others. Violation may result in immediate account suspension.
5. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy. We may update pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
ASoc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify customers of material changes by email.
